Perkins Shuttle Service emerged on the scene in 2018, initially starting as a single-car service with a keen understanding of the unmet transportation needs in rural areas lacking Uber or taxi services. The catalyst for our venture was the Bonnaroo festival of 2018, where the absence of available taxis for the massive crowd of 100,000 attendees became evident. Simultaneously, the CMA's event in June further highlighted the transportation gap.

In response to this challenge, Perkins mobilized other Uber drivers to collaborate, ensuring that a multitude of festivalgoers had reliable rides back to destinations such as Nashville Airport, Atlanta Airport, local hotels, and Murfreesboro hotels.

Driven by the vision of expanding our impact, Perkins Shuttle Service sought to partner with hotels lacking shuttle services, aiming to meet the diverse needs of their guests. We strategically enlisted drivers from both small and large communities, leaving a positive mark on towns like Manchester, Tullahoma, and Monteagle. Our fleet has grown to include over 25 drivers, transit vans, sedans, and three dedicated bus drivers capable of accommodating up to 55 passengers on a single bus ride.

Celebrating a milestone, Perkins Shuttle Service is proud to announce that over 5,000 passengers have experienced our reliable and customer-centric transportation services.
