The designated airport drop-off times provided by Perkins Shuttle Service for Bonnaroo Music Festival are scheduled at the following intervals: 1:30 am, 5:30 am, 8:00 am, 10:30 am, 1:00 pm, 3:30 pm, 6:00 pm, 8:30 pm, and 11:00 pm. Note the times listed above are returning to the BNA Airport and Departing to Bonnaroo Music Festival .
Attention Bonnaroo Travelers Heading to BNA on 6/16
Due to expected traffic changes on Monday, June 16, all travelers with shuttle bookings after 5:00 AM will have a different pickup location. Festival road conditions will reroute traffic into a one-way flow using two outbound lanes, preventing access to our original pickup point.

For those who have secured our airport shuttle service for the Bonnaroo Music Festival and are camping on the grounds, we recommend a convenient meetup at the West Toll Gate Entrance of the festival. Additionally, if you're staying at any of the Manchester hotels listed in our designated locations for transportation to and from Bonnaroo, our shuttle service will be available to you as well. This ensures accessibility and ease for attendees based on their respective accommodations.
The Airport Shuttle offers a 30-minute grace period to accommodate the convenience of all customers traveling to Bonnaroo, considering potential airport traffic and wait times at baggage claim. Heads up to all Bonnaroo attendees using airport shuttles! When you arrive, head downstairs below baggage claim to the parking garage on the far-right side. You'll meet at Uber Lane C2.
