Job Overview

We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Non-DOT Drivers to provide premium guest transportation for live events, weddings, private functions, and corporate groups.

Drivers will be responsible for safely and professionally transporting guests in shuttle vehicles, black cars, and other company vehicles. This position offers a variety of driving opportunities, including live events, weddings, Arrington Vineyards, private transportation, and small corporate group transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely pick up and transport guests to and from live events, venues, hotels, residences, and other designated locations.

  • Provide transportation services for weddings and wedding-related events.

  • Provide guest transportation to and from Arrington Vineyards and other event destinations.

  • Provide professional black car and private transportation services for individual clients and private groups.

  • Transport small corporate groups for meetings, events, dinners, conferences, and other business functions.

  • Operate Non-DOT shuttle vehicles and passenger vehicles safely and responsibly.

  • Follow scheduled pickup and drop-off times and designated routes.

  • Provide exceptional, professional customer service throughout each trip.

  • Assist guests with luggage and entering or exiting vehicles when needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable vehicle.

  • Communicate professionally with clients, event coordinators, venues, and dispatch.

  • Follow all company safety policies and applicable transportation requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with private clients and groups.

  • Comfortable driving in wedding, event, hospitality, and corporate environments.

  • Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Comfortable providing both shuttle and premium private/black car transportation.

  • Previous experience in passenger transportation, chauffeur services, weddings, hospitality, or corporate transportation is a plus.

Driver Incentives

What We Offer

Driver Tip-Tier Program

We believe our drivers should have the opportunity to earn more as they gain experience and demonstrate consistent, professional service.

  • Drivers start at a 5% tip/gratuity rate on eligible rides.

  • Eligible tip opportunities may include per-passenger gratuities for rides associated with The Caverns and FirstBank Amphitheater.

  • Drivers can also earn tip/gratuity opportunities on private groups, weddings, black car service, corporate transportation, and other eligible trips.

  • After successfully completing the 3-month probationary period, a driver's tip-tier rate may increase by 3–5 percentage points, based on the applicable program requirements.

  • Drivers have the opportunity to progress through the tip-tier program and reach a 20% tip/gratuity rate within their first year, based on meeting the program's eligibility and performance requirements.

  • This provides drivers with a clear opportunity to increase their earning potential as they gain experience with the company.

Pay & Driver Raises

  • Starting pay: $15.00 per hour.

  • Opportunities to earn up to $18 per hour as a driver, depending on the assignment, schedule, and applicable compensation structure.

  • $1.00 per-hour raise after successfully completing the initial 3-month probationary period.

  • After probation, drivers are eligible for $0.50 per-hour raises every 6 months, based on continued employment and meeting company requirements.

  • Additional earning opportunities through our Driver Tip-Tier Program.
